Our reception is open daily from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.

If you are arriving outside of opening hours, please let us know.

By train

Travel in comfort by train. The nearest train station is Mallnitz-Obervellach . From there, you can easily reach the Hotel Flattacher Hof directly via the station shuttle. The shuttle can be booked online in advance and will take you stress-free from the station right to the hotel door.

By car

Via the A10 Tauern Autobahn
Coming from the north (Salzburg) or east (Villach), take the A10 Tauern Autobahn. Take the Spittal-Millstätter See exit and follow the B106/B105 towards Obervellach and Flattach. This route is particularly comfortable and well-maintained – ideal for a quick and easy journey.

Via Salzburg – Gastein Valley – Tauern Tunnel
Start in Salzburg and follow the A10 south. Take the Bischofshofen exit and continue into the Gastein Valley via Bad Gastein to Böckstein. From there, the car shuttle train takes you through the Tauern Tunnel to Mallnitz. More information about the car shuttle train is available here.

Via the Grossglockner High Alpine Road
For those who prefer a particularly scenic drive, the Grossglockner High Alpine Road is ideal. Enjoy breathtaking views of the alpine mountains and the Grossglockner. Please note the seasonal opening times (usually from May to October) and toll fees.
